About Red Wine:
Red wine gets its color from the grapes that are reddish, deep purple or blue in color. The skins come in contact with the grape’s juice during the fermentation process, allowing the dispersion of both color and tannins.

Red wines can be described as light bodied (fewer tannins), medium bodied (moderate tannins) or full bodied (boast the highest tannin and alcohol content.)
