Pink Wine
About Pink Wine:
Pink wines are actually made from red grapes. The wines are not red because the grape juice is left in contact with the red skins for a short time (only a few hours, compared to days or weeks for red wines.) Because the skin contact is brief, very little tannin is absorbed from the skins; therefore you can chill pink wine and drink them as you would their counterpart white wines.
