Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
The Weasel and the Cork Red Blend 2016 has a dark jammy hue with aromas of jammy fruit, red berries and plum. The wine is soft, but definitely has a full mouth. I pick up notes of plum with a hint of spice, which ends acidic. Overall, it’s an average easy to drink wine.
