The Mezzacorona Winery is located in the Trentino region of Italy, at the foot of the Dolomites. Their vineyards have pergola trellising, which is fed from Lake Garda.

Mezzacorona’s Pinot Grigio 2019 has a very light melon hue. The wine has aromas of soft pear with flavors of melon, light chalk and a little citrus at the end. It’s a nice simple wine. Quite a surprise considering I purchased it as a cooking wine!
