Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2017
Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2017 has searing upfront acidity. The wine takes on a briny character that accents the high-toned lemon zest and melon notes on the palate. It is aged in French oak and stainless steel and the fruit remains fresh and unencumbered through the finish.

Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
The wine has aromas of melon (honeydew). I pick up notes of cantaloupe and peach. It’s not crisp, but a good wine. It has a lingering herbaceous and mineral finish.
Jeanine’s Review 3 out of 5
Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2017 doesn’t have much of an aroma. I do pickup notes of grapefruit and it’s a bit crisper than I would have expected.
