About the Winery
Buena Vista Winery was founded in Sonoma, CA in 1857 by Agoston Haraszthy. The winery was California’s first premium winery and established a rich and delicious heritage. Despite Haraszthy’s death in 1869, the tradition of Buena Vista was kept alive by the Boisset family. Today the legend of Buena Vista is being re-born through Jean-Charles Boisset. The winery is now considered as California Historic Landmark, and home to their Winery, Tasting Room and Visitor’s Center.
