La Crema winery was founded in 1979 and quickly established itself as a pioneer for their intensely flavored Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs. The winery has since become a formidable force in the industry and its tasting room is located in Healdsburg, CA.

La Crema’s Brut Rosé has a light salmon hue and red berry aromas. The wine is light and tart with flavors of juicy cherry and raspberries. It starts out crisp and tart, but ends a little too tart and dry. Overall it’s a decent sparkling wine, but a bit tart for my liking.
