Description:
Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port 2009 has elegant aromas of red fruit and eucalyptus, combined with fresh mint. The port has rich red fruit flavors balanced by taut, peppery tannins. This port pairs well with chocolate desserts and hard cheeses such as a mature cheddar.

About the Winery:
In 1820, William and John Graham founded W&J Graham’s in Porto. Originally the brothers traded textiles but when they accepted 27 barrels of Port to pay a debt, they decided to make the move into the Port industry. In 1890, Graham’s became one of the first to invest in their own vineyards, purchasing Quinta dos Malvedos. All of the company’s ports are made exclusively from their own vineyards.

In 1970 Graham’s was acquired by the Symington family who continue to churn out great ports to this day!

Tobin’s Review- 3.5 out of 5
Graham’s LBV Port 2009 has a dark licorice hue with aromas of licorice and a hint of mint. This port is soft with flavors that resemble dark licorice as well. This is a licorice trifecta!
