Catena Malbec 2016 is a medium to full body wine with fresh acidity. The wine has blackberry and blueberry character with a black tea undertone which turns floral.

About the Winery:
In 1902, Nicolas Catena founded Bodega Catena Zapata in Argentina’s Mendoza region. The family’s Adrianna Vineyard is 5,000 feet above sea level and called the Grand Cru of South America. The winery is still family-owned and they produce Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines.

Catena Malbec 2016 has aromas of tart cherry, jam and light acidity. The wine is soft on the tongue with flavors of cherry, which merge into a smooth finish.
