Paul Goerg Blanc De Blancs Champagne has an apple aroma which is a nice scent for a Champagne.  The Champagne is soft on the tongue, not bitter, mild acidity.  Very good flavor, with a tiny hint of oak.  It has nice bubbles and is a solid moderate Champagne!
