Justin Justification 2016 has a dark plum hue with light anise, light leather and dark fruit aromas. The wine has flavors of plum, red skinned fruit, blackberry and graphite flavors with a slight vanilla finish. The wine is smooth but also slightly tart with a sour finish.

Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 has slight aromas of oak. It is a smooth Cabernet Sauvignon that isn’t too heavy. It’s definitely jammy and robust with fruit flavors.

Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 has a cherry nose. I don’t think it’s a very complex Cabernet Sauvignon as I find it kind of smooth like a Pinot Noir. It’s definitely heavier than a Pinot, but too heavy and quite drinkable with or without a meal.

Justin Sauvignon Blanc 2010 has a very light color. I pick up a melon aroma with flavors of both apple and melon. It is soft and creamy without any traces of oak in the taste, which I really like.

Justin Sauvignon Blanc 2010 is a good Sauvignon Blanc. I smell both pineapple and citrus. It’s crisp, light and fruity with flavors of pineapple and grape. It is sweet, but not overly sweet and crisp.
