Ferrari-Carano Pinot Grigio Friuli Grave 2023 has a crisp lemon hue with aromas of curd and creamy lemon meringue. The wine is soft but very acidic with bold citrus flavors. I pick up flavors of pineapple, lemon- but overall, this wine is way to acidic and very high on the citrus notes.

The wine has aromas of melon (honeydew). I pick up notes of cantaloupe and peach. It’s not crisp, but a good wine. It has a lingering herbaceous and mineral finish.

Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2017 doesn’t have much of an aroma. I do pickup notes of grapefruit and it’s a bit crisper than I would have expected.

Ferrari-Carano’s 2006 Sangiovese has a butterscotch aroma. This is a very complex Sangiovese with an orange peel aftertaste. Very good!
