Oyster Bay’s Pinot Noir 2010 has a nice dark color (darker than your typical Pinot Noir.) I smell cherry and a bit of oak on the nose. The wine is soft on the palate and has hints of both cherry and oak. It’s a very smooth wine, I definitely like it.

Oyster Bay’s Pinot Noir 2010 is a good light wine. While the wine is fruity, I don’t think it’s that aromatic. I do taste vanilla and cherry which I like. It has a nice vanilla aftertaste.
