Artajona Winemaker’s Cuvee 2016 is an easy drinking red blend that is loaded with lush black raspberry, plum and creamy cocoa flavors alongside accents of cedar and tobacco. It is juicy and creamy with a round mouthfeel with soft tannins and fruit. The long finish is full of dense berries and mocha flavors that produce a rich fruit-forward wine.

Artajona Red Blend 2016 has a dark jammy hue. The nose has a peppery aroma and the wine is soft on the tongue. I pickup flavors of cassis, pepper, blackberry and deep red fruit. It’s a smooth wine, that doesn’t have a lot of depth, but a very easy wine to drink.
