About the Winery
In 1991, Bernard Lacroute and his wife purchased a cattle farm in Yamhill, Oregon. They named the property the WillaKenzie Estate, after the region’s ancient sedimentary soils. They began planting grapes in 1992, and started construction of their winery three years later. In 2016 the Lacroutes retired and Jackson Family Wines took over the winery.

WillaKenzie Estate’s Pinot Gris 2017 has a golden honeysuckle hue with creamy sweet citrus aromas. The wine is soft with floral and lemon notes that ends with a slightly sour finish. Overall it’s just an average Pinot Gris.
