About the Winery
In 1982 Jess Jackson founded the Kendall-Jackson winery in California’s Napa Valley. Ten years later Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay became the #1 selling Chardonnay in the US, and it remains so to this day. In 2011 Jess passed away, but the company still receives accolades for their wines. In 2017 they were named the American Winery of the Year by the Wine Enthusiast!

Kendall-Jackson’s Avant Chardonnay 2018 has a light green melon hue. The wine has aromas of citrus, peach and apple with flavors of pear, tart peach and kiwi. The wine is nice and crisp with a hint of minerality, which produces a creamy finish.
