Caves Des Perrieres Pouilly Fume 2010 has a nice light complexion. The wine is aromatic with a grapefruit citrus smell.  I can also taste grapefruit throughout the wine. This Sauvignon Blanc is smooth, dry and good!

Caves Des Perrieres Pouilly Fume 2010 has aromas of citrus. I like it, it is light with a grape fruit aroma and flavor. This wine would pair well with fish or even sushi because of the acidity of the wine.
